Die direksie van VAB het op Dinsdag 2 Augustus 2010 besluit:
Dat persele A228 tot A237 gesoneer word vir outarkiese (selfonderhoudend) ontwikkel. Dus daar is nou 4 persele groot genoeg om aardskepe te bou.
Die persele is goed gekeur soos C van Zyl dit voorgestel het.
Nou wag ons nog net op die prys van so perseel en dan begin ons met ons volgende fase!!

VAB decided that plots A228 to A237 will divided into four plots for Earthship developments.
As soon as the price of the plot is finalized we will start with the next phase.
