This week we finished some plaster (lime) work outside. The bags are now protected form the sun and the mud plaster is now protected from the rain.
We also worked on the eastern grey water cell (planter). Both planters are now working, it let the water through the 20 metre gravel. The well are filled with water and ground absorbs the water right to the top level. The top ground level is 400 mm above the water level. This is fantastic!
The first two rooms' walls are allready plastered. The first internal wall is coming on steadily. This wall is build with plastic recycled bottles and cob.

Die week het Hennie die buite moder pleister herstel met kalk pleister. Ons is nou beslis beskerm teen die elemente (son, water en vuur).
Die gryswater plantebak werk soos dit moet. Dit laat die water deur tot in die put 20 meter verder en gee ook genoeg water vir die toekomstige plante. Die water word deur die grond op gesuig, 400 mm bo die water vlak. So ons beplan om 'n paar plante te plant. (Johan, Hennie en Ludwig) - sien foto.
Twee kamers se mure is reeds gepleister. Ons eerste binne muur word gebou van 500 ml plastik bottels en "cob". Die hoogte is nou 1000 mm. (Neil, Patricia en Omar Fourie) - sien foto.
